Objective: Brand the senior exit review and get design professionals to attend.

Execution: Our team, Steering Committee, took the senior class voted phrase and turned it into a huge must-attend event. We first decided to move our location to Austin and find sponsors. Then we exploded the branding onto social media, videos, posters, and more. Every week leading up to the event we released a new video encouraging more attendance and sent out RSVPs to agencies all over central Texas. The results were a full house and a wonderful night for all the graduating designers.

Team: Benny Ventura, Chelsea Ceasor, Gabriel Glenn, Erin Hood, Karen Shahan, Martha Fierro, Vanessa Zhang, Rachel Shearer – I handled social media, collecting emails for invites, helped gather sponsors for the event, and promoted our videos to multiple design platforms.

We branded our Senior Exit Review 'Warning: Graphic Content.' Here is the brand and all our executions.

We've brainstormed, sketched and created. After years of training, months of planning and days before the final event, we realize that the process is the destination. www.comdesreview.com
